All orders shipping to the UK have an estimated delivery of 2 - 5 working days, and export orders are 5 - 7 working days. We will do our best to deliver within this time frame.
What to Expect
Once you place an order on our site, we will send you an email confirming we received it. Once shipped, you'll get another email from one of our couriers, CSM or Parcelforce, to let you know. This will provide a tracking number, as well as information on the day your parcel is due to be delivered.
If for any reason there are any issues with your delivery, please contact our web store team at [email protected], or call 020 8533 7746 and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
* Perishable Goods (i.e. Beer)
* Gift Cards
* Tour Vouchers
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
If the goods are faulty or broken, please contact us at [email protected] with your name, order number, details of the product and the problem. We will replace the goods or refund you in accordance with your legal rights.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights. If the goods are faulty or misrepresented, we will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
